I didn't find any property which matchs my requirement

Finding your dream and perfect house or business is not a easy job, sometimes it's not possible.

I don't want to say that, but still there is no completely perfect thing.
 

There is no perfect person or house, or business.

You must have priorities, find out which standard is more important for you.

Usually, I suggest people to have two lists.

one is called positive list, another one is called negative list.

Positive list is for the standards you must have. If the potential one doesn't have it, just pass.

Negative list is for the standards you can not have. If the potential one does have it, pass right away.

With these two lists, it will be much easier for you to archive some results.
